Whether you’re running a business or you’re a serious hobbyist sharing your passion with the world, it’s essential to keep the creative well filled!

In my former life as a acute care nurse, burnout knocked me out a few times. Looking back, I see that I gave up the things that offset the stress of life: painting, regular exercise, seeing friends who made me laugh, etc. It’s been through not intentionally refilling the creative well that I’ve come to appreciate the importance of doing things to keep the creative well FULL!

Even if you’re in a creative business or hobby, burnout still creeps in, especially when the stakes are high (or our own expectations).

Below are a compilation of the 15 minute practices I’ve shared. It’s how I keep on replenishing my own creative well. Click on the images to go to the blog post.

Have a creative practice that fills you up?  I’d love to hear about it! Tell me about it here.
